From an early spark of curiosity, a journey of a thousand miles began.

For Kyle Walker, that journey took him from a quest for personal wellness to the pursuit of mastery in yoga and breathwork.

Kyle's path began in the familiar confines of local yoga studios.

The traditional practices intrigued him, but he felt a deep pull towards the ancient art of breathwork. Driven by this passion, he set out to learn from the best, traveling all over the United States for training. From the bustling cities to serene retreats nested amidst nature, his journey was as diverse as the teachers he sought out.

To expanding his education in Central American taking his practice to the next level. Immersed in the vibrant culture and ancient wisdom, he refined his skills, gaining new insights into meditation and mindfulness. This transformative experience not only deepened his practice but also sparked a desire to share these gifts with others. Kyle is truly passionate in his craft and is eager to share this skill to help you with your day to day life.
