11 Nov Candlelit Vinyasa Flow 11/25 7PM
This 60 minute flow will include foundational and intermediate level postures, and will focus on linking breath to movement. Click HERE for tickets
Sensual candlelight will set the ambiance for our Aroma flow, as we use Eucalyptus, Peppermint, & Lavender to bring you to the present moment. We will activate our sense of movement, smell and sound to further the connection from our brains to our bodies through a slower Vinyasa flow, focusing on deeper breaths and stretches.
We will incorporate Chandra Namaskar (Moon Salutations) in a gentle way. Moon salutation is a slower and soothing sequence with an opportunity to surrender and let go to the present to the different phase of the moon and of your life. While in resting pose we will focus on our breathing with a guided meditation.
All levels of yoga are welcome 🙂
Bring your mat, water bottle and something warm to wear for deep relaxation in case you get chilly easily.
